I know everyone is about to say that a desktop is better, but I can't fit a desktop here and I need the mobility of a laptop. Would this laptop be able to stream and run League on medium - low settings with little to no problems?

It's a good laptop, yes, and you could def game on it, but you really want something with dedicated graphics.

shared video graphics is NOT a good gaming laptop. You need something in the $1000 range

As point out by another player, Gameplay is strictly for topics concerning the gameplay of League of Legends, not the myriad of topics around it. Primarily, that means balance and design of the game itself.
