Low Priority Queue Question

I was in 20 minute queue for ARAM, finish that then wait 6 minutes plus, is that intentional, or is it a problem on my end? If it is, should I just quit League of Legends before I dc again and suffer through more 30 minute plus wait times (not challenger btw).
