Ideas for league

I'm giving my ideas for helping to improve league in general rather then just one area. People who see this can place in their ideas, in which they want riot to implement (word of warning be prepared to have your ideas critic in both good and bad way).

My ideas that Riot can implement is a new report system or security team, the current one doesn't actually do anything to those that would ruin people's game, if they were to have a more established security team to deal with the issue; we would probably see a drop in players performing unsportsmanlike conduct.

Implementing items that are unique to each individual champ is another way to go about it, that would make a emphasize on the champ's characteristic. For example if Leona was to have her personal item that granted her certain percentage in which she can block or reduce damage directed at her, that would increase her defensive attribute and emphasize her characteristic.

Another thing i would like to see happening is having the skin provide unique trait or attribute that correspond with their design. Example: Wood Ashe gaining bonus traits while in jungle area.

I like riot to hold off on making new champs, it would only cause problems if they don't do anything with balancing out the current champs; if they feel so tempted in making a new champ why not rework the old generation champs where they can feel like they are new at the same time give them some buff or nerfs to go along with their rework. with this we can get a breather from adding new problematic balancing issue that would come from a released champ.

A more diverse champ classification would be better, i know you guys stated that you are, but i was thinking something like this; Riven, Ryze, and Lucian are the champs i would consider classifying them as combo masters since they are reliant on their abilities, their abilities are on short cool down or possess attributes that allows them to reduce the abilities cool down, their build kit is setup so they have high cool down reduction, and if properly done they can continually apply their abilities non stop without waiting for their abilities to come back up giving them a sustaining combo mechanics.

I don't have any other ideas at the moment, but ill come up with some new one later on; i would like to hear anyone else idea on what can be implemented to improve league as whole.
