Disabling singed is a step in the right direction

Strategic - as any assassin. Abuse her pre-6 then protect squishies from her deleting them

Mechanical - I guess silence or stun can count as mechanical outplay. Or when she misscalculate the dmg, doesn't kill the enemy and don't get the resets

Visual - no idea what you mean by visual outplay

Ekko is seriously one of those champs that is nerfed repeatedly for an inherently toxic kit

I agree. Ekko is a great example of a bad game design and incopetent QA. I remember his felease when you could get a pentakill on your 4th game just bwcause he was so overtuned :D

But Riot dug themselves quite a hole with him because to ballance such kit is nearly impossible. He will be either OP or UP. No other way unless rework.... and that won't happen any time soon as he is new champion.

But we'll see. TIME will tell, right? (See what i did there? See? I am so proud.... :D)
