The tooltip says you will harmlessly walk towards her, but I just played a game as Ryze (still won, not a qq thread) where I had hit her with a Q that discharged 2 runes AND proc'd Stormraiders. During this time she charmed me and I ran into her turret at lightspeed.

Well your SS mastery causes the reduction of slows at 75%, yep, it's intended.
This even works on Yi during his ult.
Yeah next time you might want to make use of all that MS to DODGE it y'kno....
Definitely not intended, probably a bug involving movespeed math.
One other bizarre thing i have seen is that charm prevents rocket grab from moving a target.

it makes you walk to her at 50% MS It ignores anything that would resist slows because it isn't a slow its a speed reduction
if you popped stormraiders you'd still be going fast even at 50% movespeed
Stormraiders' slow resistance made you run at her rather than walk.
Not a bug.
