Why is bronze more out of control then ever?

Bronze is just out of control, i mean really every game bot lane gets destroyed and it turns into this huge grind of chaos. I feel like the autofill makes people go, "ok well i wont troll, so ill adc" then you got people just split push with yoricks/udyers and win all the games. Its like whats the point? How can you learn or get any better ? Pretty wack, if they awarded people on playing their roles/champions correctly the game would be a lot better.
