Unable to use ping for "X gold needed to purchase Y item"

I've been told it was alt+click in the shop, and I believe I was able to do it once. But I recently adjusted my hotkey for mastery emote and since then I havn't been able to ping in team chat how much gold I need for item and think it has something to do with that. Thing is, I can't figure out what key is directly tied to this to even known which key to fix. Any suggestions? Does anyone know specifically what communication key is involved with that ping so I know which one to fix?

Hi! I had the same problem and I found the solution. So in my case, I changed my main ping key to 'G', so basically I had to press G and then left click the item. Check your keybindings, and try to ping the item with your binded key. If it won't work, try rebinding to the other key. I'm using Quick Pings BTW.

I have same problem.. try to see all keybindings in new launcher.. or press ping shortcut and the shop shortcut and item :P

your quick alert ping shouldnt be on the hotkey alt + mb1 thats why u cant ping the gold anymore change it to alt + mb1 and its fixed and should work again.
