If anyone can help me, please speak up.

I know this seems very trivial, and this is my third post I've created about the topic. But......not being able to ping to my team in chat the reason I'm lingering in fountain is because I'm 100g short of my Zhonya bothers me greatly! At one point I was able to do this, but recently hitting mastery level 4 on one of my favorite new champs, I wanted to assign the Mastery Emote to a hotkey so I could display my mastery with that champ.

In doing this, I assigned the mastery emote hotkey to the N key, and moved a quick alert ping from V key to S key. Somehow in the process I'm unable now to use my smart ping function in the shop. Alt+ping and Ctrl+ping do not work, and the only replies I've had from people both on the boards and in game are trollistic repiles that serve no function other then to tease myself and to amuse themselves.

Can anyone assist me with this issue? It won't break my game play or really hinders my capacity to play. It just really, really bothers me that this function I've always wanted, and have been recently been able to use, now eludes me.
