Vlad is one of the worst champions to initiate with; he's too slow.

Try playing him yourself first and you'll see the pain.

Like especially now that Ignite is meta, when Vlad pools at 1/4 or half health he dies instantly to ignite just because he uses HP to pool lol

not that i say your bad but i can see a vlad support happening due to his ult amping ALL damage the enemy has taken and his w is a slow. after that you will need to rush item 3116 for artificial cc on your q and e annnd thats how vlad support would work. (theorycrafting) now ADC vlad could be viable due to his ult doing that thing and his w could let him slip out of teamfights while his q can be used to heal small but good amounts adding in deaths dance/gunblade effect. be sure to add in a item 3153 / item 3151 / item 3006 for that tank killing potential.

Im only saying the best case supporty way. Then ad vlad could work due to his vayne-like qualities on his untargetability to position better. Again im theorycrafting
