Don't know if this is intended or not. If Fiora ults Zac with his passive up and he splits, her ult goes off. Shouldn't it be only when a death timer starts? Don't know if this is the same for Aatrox. Does it proc on Zilean's ult or Guardian Angel?
Technically Zac's character "dies" and his passive kicks in. It seems working as intended because having a perma counter like that whenever it's up is kind of like before the recent Garen changes where he could suicide to someone and come back dealing true damage to them.
Fiora's entry in the Wiki:
◾The target is considered dead for the purpose of Grand Challenge and the victory zone will activate if they enter a pseudo-death state
That includes GA, Zil Ult, etc.
Zac's passive activates when he 'dies', so technically it is both intended and proper. Otherwise it would make no sense.
