Question: Are people with 2-3 20min low priority queues going to be excluded from s5 ranked rewards? Please answer, I am dying to know :( any info would be appreciated

RiotLyte: 2-3 20 minute Low Priority Queues should be fine, if we do anything we'll be targeting players who're basically chronic leavers and have had a lot more than 2-3 20 minute Low Priority Queues.

Ya, they need to read up because he answered that the same day he made the original comment; if you have a restriction, you must work it off before they hand out the rewards. Only the worst punishments (during 2015) will make you ineligible even if you no longer have it.
