Cassio miasma slow is over kill and the champion has too much flat mobility from Q ms and passive.

the champion has more MS than most champions in early lane before they buy boots and after the fact that they buy boots

Q noxus blast gives her a lot of move speed. and the fact is. on a 3.5s cooldown. which is like 2s with CDR. it doesn't really give a lot of the less mobile champions a chance to ever get on her even with massive movement speed buffs

Miasma has 80% slow at max rank. and do you know how long it stays on the damn ground? 5 fucking seconds. 5.

the champion is sitting at 52% winrate and shes by far and not even close to being a beginner friendly or a low elo stomping champion. there is a lot of skill to her skillshots. and R usage. but the fact is when nobody can fucking move when you spam slows on them. it just sucks to play against

she buys this shit anyway . why give her an 80% slow. I was playing volibear the other game. with a dead mans plate and a god damn move speed active from and I was being slowed the fuck before I ever got close to her and even then she still has her R

shes beyond garbage to play against with anything that has to get close to her. and if you get close to her thats just an opprtunity for her to land Q or R easier. she isn't a champion like say. aurelion where his Q is literally way weaker in melee range and he can't do a whole lot because his stars aren't hitting you.

no. shes just plain awful to play against with anything that doesn't kill her from orbit and its awful.

the 80% slow on miasma is just fucking crazy. it should start at say 30% and go up by 5% per rank. even then it would be very hard to get to her but your not stuck in that shit for 3 seconds trying to get away

its literally the second strongest slow in duration and effect and it also grounds you. like get the fuck out of here.
