You dont have to dodge anything, but if you want to lose 50 LP instead of taking a chance as losing less than half that, go ahead.
It's that way so you can't just dodge games until you get a game for your main role. Otherwise you could dodge every single time you for instance get support instead of mid.

You play it, ff when things go wrong, and report the person. Otherwise all that's going to happen is they'll play Cho adc with some other people.
How much do you loose after 3rd dodge? Like 1st second 3rd, because if its more than a loss I think thats unfair.
So basically when you dodge. You are Jesus now.
Because you have to troll. If you steal someone's lane without consent or go to someone's lane the first 10 minutes, you will loose 3 or 4 lp. This includes following the jungler with smiting his camps.

You might want to change the wording however. Saying -15 and -50 instead of -3 x 5 roles and -10 x 5 roles isn't very clear what you mean.
