tanks. will never. I repeat this. tanks will never be viable in solo queue for a bunch of reasons. if you want an obvious one. rageblade vayne

do you really want to play a tank. and die in 2-3 seconds to one champion. that has two items. even if you have more items than her? if you say yes. then pick a tank

this shit. is unbelievable. for the love of everything good about god. return the old ranged penalty on phantom hit. please for the love of god meddler.

the amount of true damage vayne does is unholy. this should not be a thing.

its not just good vs tanks. she will half health squishies in less than 1.5 seconds with HoB and W max. its toxic as hell.

vayne does 14% max hp health for free. every 2 auto attacks with rageblade. she has the highest attack speed of any champ in game

she gets 2.0+ attack speed. almost 2.5 with 3 items and runes.

she will basically do 14%+ botrk damage twice. + physical damage. every two fucking auto attacks with rageblade. shit is toxic. as fuck for tanks to deal with. its undealable with

"Rageblade vayne this rageblade vayne that" just. Buy. Thornmail, and fight with a god dang team. YOU'RE A TANK. YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO LIVE THROUGH A VAYNE ALONE. The point of vayne is that she DOES damage tanks with her w. Stop complaining and learn to deal with her, i have no problem with her, she does good or does bad, is blown up easily, easy to stun and lockdown. Or, more simple solution, BAN HER.

I'm legit sooo tired of people complaining about vayne right now...

There's a big difference between a tank and a useless blob of hp. They both look the same, have the same items and abilities, the only difference is the player.

A tank is supposed to make it so that they cannot be ignored as a frontline. If you can be ignored, the enemy team will walk around you and you'll be useless.

Vayne is really good at staying in range of her target because of her passive. So you can't walk away from her. When she ults and you're a tank, your instant objective should be to flash on her and cc her, your team should follow up. If you stop her dps and she gets blown up, you win the fight. Edit: This isn't a "just cc her lol" reply, most if not all tanks have CC abilities. I'm just saying "use your abilities" in a fight

If she's so far ahead that she can 1v5 at 15min, your bot lane deserves to lose

As a vayne player. I do agree with you, her silver bolts have the ability to proc every 2 hits instead of 3 with rageblade, so that's 14% of the targets minimum hp as true damage every 2 hits, combine this with the fact that last whisper now gives you an additional 20% armor Penn, your looking at around 11.2% of the target's health every 2 auto attacks. And thats without her ult, which at rank one gives you as much attack damage as a B.F sword(that being +40 attack damage) and at max rank ult it gives her more attack damage than an infinity edge which is +70 attack damage and 20% crit, and this item costs 3800 and is one of the most expensive items in the game. Its not that horrible at rankone since shes a squishy champion, but in my recent games, even I find it concening.

The issue isn't Vayne in this case: it's the item that turns all 3-hit champions into 2-hit champions. Vayne's true damage is a lot, especially combined with her other tricks, but if it was still every 3 hits it would be a lot more manageable.

Champs with strong true damage can be really bonkers. You kind of can't really build against them if they are ahead. It is frustrating, I hope they do 'something' about it. Seeing 1k true damage and like 300 physical damage on the death recap just feelsbad.

Tanks SOAK damage, they don't become invincible. That is where most players turn off their brain. They think that tanks never die, by the MMO definition.
