I'm so confused by LP awards. I just got into gold for the third time a few weeks back. When I get demoted to silver... lp is what I'd expect about even for a win or a loss. Whenever I get into gold, I immediately start getting on average 10-13 lp for a win and lose 25 to 30lp for a loss. Am I missing something here. Why does it punish me so hard for getting promoted? I can't hang onto gold at all because of these ridiculous lopsided LP awards.
weeaboomer1 votesThen just remain in gold? Your MMR i think is extremely low which is why you lose so much Lp over winning. Just sit in gold 5 if it frustrates you so much and can't climb. You'll get the rewards and you won't decay :). A lot better than a silver border and the stress from placements...[slayer-jinx-catface]
