Adrent Censer Percent Value Question

Hello.

I made a similar post about this the other day with a different question.

However, I have another question:

Does Ardent Censer's item 3504 bonus percent healing/shielding power apply to the champion's base heal/shield power, or the total value of the heal/shield when affected by ability power?

Ex: Rakan's E, which scales with 80% AP, at rank 5 shields for 150 health. With 100 AP, it will shield for an additional 80 health, for a total of 230 shielding.

Now, if you add 10% healing/shielding power to that, would the bonus 10% apply to the base 150 shielding, or the total 230 shielding?

it adds % on top of base healing after ap/ad scaling. even more if person being healed has visage. Which in turn should be Base + 10% - 50% = total. so it could be 345 at best.

Healing and Shielding Power applies to total values which is the abilities base plus scaling(AP) values.

The basic shield would be 230 HP, with 100 AP. You go based on that. Any amplification would then be on that. 10% more would make they shield go to 253.
