Support Item Quests, Sightstone

Sightstone changes are coming soon enough, with that so are the support item quests. They are changing to just give a sightstone as the quest reward. @Riot, please explain: will we be able to get those unique passives back? Example: Eye of the Oasis gives allies moving toward you 8% movement speed. I don't want those unique passives to be given to a different item that I then have to buy in addition. Why can't the item's passives just stay as they are? I get that you want supports to have more variety early game, but sightstone is such an important item for me that I'm rebuilding my builds around getting it as soon as possible in prep for these upcoming changes. Anyways, I worked hard constructing my builds for each champion I main, and I'm not exchanging my items for the passives. The support items aren't overpowered, right? I'm serious. Change the sightstone if you want to, but don't remove the unique passives, that's so counter productive.
