Elo boosting services and smurfs ruin low elo balance

Why are games more unbalanced/diffuclt when you play silver players in ranked than gold and plat in normals? Because elo boosting services and smurfs don't play normals as often. I am tired of this garbage. I am sure it is difficult to detect, but it is destroying the balance of your game Riot. I know you're not the most competent bunch, but holy fuk...
