Drain tanking? Oneshotting? burst per second?
Are we seriously talking about this again? Post like half a dozen of borderline gutting nerfs to various marksmen? In the year of our lord 2019?
Aight lets cut into this bullshit.
First up, draintanking is not a thing against any team that has at least 1 functioning brain among them. Every single class has access to grievous wounds and everyone has at least one such item they can use, meanwhile marksmen need at least ....i´d say generally 4-5 items to have a shot at draintanking anything else that´s even with them.
The only ones who wont get GW would be the healers i suppose, but that´s another case.
Oneshotting? Which bloody marksman is this day and age actually oneshots anything when not fed to hell except arguably Draven who can 2 shot the really squishy things`?

Undodgeable damage? The only group who has the right to even mention this at all are the truly skillshot reliant mages, no one else gets to breathe a word about it.......and as a rule of thumb they tend to have anywhere from half a time to thrice the range of your average marksman being say

Melee? Even without any ranged opponents they just oppress eachother like hell in a never ending cycle of misery, just ask any toplaner, plenty around talking about this issue called "hard counters".
Assassins? How many of them actually have a even remotely difficult combo to pull off except arguably akali? .....I mean sure the rest are vulnerable to interrupting and thus need timing and a helper to enable them frequently but they also hit hard as hell in terms of burst.
Tanks? You mean the fellows that, if they survive the early game, just run down on you and just killing you by stunning you to death or base damage?
Supports? As another rule of thumb the supports are the ones who actually run botlane and make all the plays until the marksman get 2 items, they also do most of the damage for the majority of picks until that point.
Some like Brand/zyra do so the entire game.
OP you better cough up some proof that even half this is true, because in my experience the truth is instead that unless botlane gets fed as hell then its the jungler or midlaner that decides the game, rarely the toplaner as they´d have to get extremely fed for it.
It can be anything from spammed ganks to roams to good teamfight potential but those two lanes tend to make or break a match harder than anything else, the only exception being when one botlane side gets very fed but that´s it, and its not a basis for any judgement.
Yeah a fed botlane carries hard? That´s 2 outa 5, naturally they carry harder than 1 guy from somewhere else, but if we are talking average ability to impact a game then the jungler and midlaner are, and will always be, in a class of their own.
Assuming that "oh lord botlane is so OP when fed" is just bullshit, if this was the basis for anything then everyone would be gutted when the same logic applies to them.
