I HAVENT GOTTEN A HEXTECH KEY IN 3 WEEKS NOW Y IS THAT IS THERE A MAX AMOUNT PER MOUNT OR SOMETHING CUZ IF NOT Y CANT I GET A KEY FOR AROUND 50 WINS THUS FAR

Yeah i havent gotten a key fragment since i had sex, and that was 2 weeks ago :) ... Riot fix this game, because these key fragments never drop and when i mean that they never drop, my internet drops the fps so hard i feel an earthquake in my computer. THX peace %%%%%! 
Meanwhile I have 7 keys and no chests
