Two Accounts with the same username password and region

Thanks to riots buggy system league just trew me out and make me log in again when i did so i had a lv 1 account and it asked me for a new summoner name . Apart from making me furious (thinking i lost my account forever( ty for that)), now after i finaly loged back in my original account i checked the new summoner name via the name change options and it says the new accounts name is now in use which means i have 2 account with the same region username and password . I thought id report that before u fk me up again and hope it doesnt happen. Fingers crosed anyone will actually see this.
