ADC need to be nerfed in URF
It's ridiculous. Going stormrazor + 3 ie and 2 shotting everyone from 500+ range is really dumb. Twitch is, by far, the worst offender.

Wouldn't be so bad if ranged champions didn't get a insane amount of free AS but because they do all they have to build is berserker greaves and then just stack IE
