15 Level 3 upgrades for the GP summoner icon is hard to get

Especially since people are surrendering every time somebody gets a double kill.

Seriously, I can't make progress on this because before I can afford one level 3 upgrade the enemy team surrenders because they're 5 kills behind or something stupid. Maybe its just a coincidence that I keep seeing this but its sorta annoying every time they unexpectedly surrender I can't even back to spend my leftover silver serpents.

Duo que so your team cant surrender and you should be able to get it after a few games

I am 6 games into it and I have 2. This is so stupid. But I want the damn icon
