Riot should introduce voice chat during game.
What do you all think? It could have a on/off feature. So basically if you turn it off you wont even know it exist. On the other hand it would be easier to use than skype.

Its not going to happen because of how toxic the community is and how; A) People would be verbally harassed B) Women would be verbally harassed C) it would be un-punishable
If riot ever did do this, which they wont (as stated), they would need a very broad and immediate chat ban system. But thats very difficult to implement properly. Or at all.
I can see the post game lobbies already.
P1: "I told top lane the jungler was coming." P2: "Dude you are in bot lane I CAN'T HEAR YOU." P3: "Yea he told he, but he wouldn't listen report this troll." P2: "Are you two just stupid? I can't hear you in bot lane."

guys. Make it voice chat that you can mute certain people, just like normal chat. Common sense... come on guys. Voice chat would be nice, although it would pose some major issues to work around.

No. I prefer their servers to work specifically for the game only. There is curse voice chat for that and it works and integrates wonderfully with LoL
No reason to imo. People would verbally harass each other and it will just cause a lot more grief in the game.
