IMO the only real nerf Fiora needs is to have the AS slow on Riposte removed

She's already impossible to duel past a certain point. Between her auto resets, mobility, true damage, and healing, she's a pain in the ass to deal with.

However, the fact that she has an AS slow is just added insult to injury. Riposte is probably one of, if not the best, basic abilities in the game - why does it need another effect? It doesn't make any sense either. In fencing, if you whiff a parry, you're kind of screwed. But Riposte is a massive cockblock to anything you might throw Fiora's way.
