Back in the day, Randuin's Omen used to slow AS if you AA'd someone who had it. As you can guess, it felt really terrible to play against as the only counterplay available was to not attack the character with Randuin's. Well, the same philosophy applies to Bramble Vest.

You cannot play an AA based fighter against a tank. Bramble Vest is such a massive shutdown to most fighters. Whoever has the Bramble Vest can whack at you all you want, but you can't hit them back unless you want reduced healing and magic damage.

Instead of dealing with Death's Dance/Fiora/Ardent Censer, Riot decided it would be a better idea to put GW and a Thorns passive on a 900g item that is more than effective early game.

Please get Bramble Vest out of League and readjust healing.

bramble only deals 20 magic damage to attackers. It really is pretty insignificant dmg. yeah it has GW which reduces healing by 40% but so what? you still heal. You sound like a salty kid that got outplayed by someone using bramble vest

Well, everyone else has a healdebuff item available to them, so why not let tanks have one as well?

I'd say there's numerous items that are more unfun and uninteractive. Such as Ardent Censer and Coin. Those items in comparison to Bramble Vest makes Bramble Vest look like nothing.

Stop using "uninteractive" as one argument for everything. What does it even mean? You can say the same about any defensive item, because it's in the nature of defensive items that you don't really have to do anything for them to work.

There are good arguments against bramble vest. "Uninteractive" is not one of them. Or maybe our definition of interaction is fundamentally diffrent and just btw bramble vest does actually interact automatically with anyone that attacks you. Calling it uninteractive just makes absolutely no sense, the item even relies on interaction. xD
