Watching Worlds - Tahm Kench

I should put a link to the actual game, but I noticed that Tahm Kench Devour (w) erases any stack buildup and acts also like a Zhonya. While this is cool, but in a lot of ways I think overpowered when it works across the board.

One modification that doesn't remove all it's power and flexibility is for any stacks to be transferred from the teammate he swallows to himself. So two silver bullets goes from ADC to Tahm, Darius bleed stacks, vi, ekko, vel koz, teemo shrooms/poison, etc. By transferring stacks and DOT's he still saves his teammate, but at a little bit more risk or damage to himself. I will find examples at Worlds that I noticed, and how much it is completely nullifying abilities, I saw many but I have to take more time to find them in the specific games. It's like having a Zhonya + move speed buff every 10 seconds (with no CDR).

Ah, now I remember, when he swallows anyone who has Trist explosive charge, it nullifies that explosive charge completely, no damage at all to anyone, including Tahm. If Trist managed to get 3 AA's on the explosive charge too, that's a huge bummer. So basically he is a spell-shield + zhonya, he removes spell effects and ults, and makes them untargetable for longer than a zhonya, + movespeed. I like the ability, I just think it's too universal without any drawbacks.

Right now if Caitlyn tries to ult on a target, if it's mid-flight and Tahm swallows target, it goes on FULL COOLDOWN without hitting anyone. That seems a bit too strong, instead the target should switch automatically to Tahm, OR it goes on cancel cooldown (the short one):

It happens quickly (so put in slow-mo) at 43:39 as EDG Deft Ults FNC Febiven and FNC Yellowstar Devours LeBlanc and nullifies the ult and puts on FULL CD.

I bet the same is true for Brand Ult, but I haven't tried it myself yet. Tahm is nullifying more than I think should be nullified. It'd be more balanced if some things transfer to him from the teammate he devours.
