The Bot-lane Situation

OMG bot always feeds and the enemy jungler always ganks while mine is totally useless this is stupid and bot lane always ends up 1/20 and we loose! gg rito fix it PLZ

Now we've got that out of the way, lets actually talk about bot lane's issues, and their easy af solutions

1: Jungle ganks: allrighty, its 10 minutes in, and your lane (aka bot) has been ganked three times by the other jungler, whereas your jungler is dicking around in top lane and stuff. So, you take a hint, guess that Jng buddy will be coming again in a few minutes, and you chill. sit under your tower, or atleast at max range for farming. DONT PUSH at all. last hit only, and the minions will soon be under your tower, where you can farm in relative peace.

2: Turret dives: Somehow, you've died several times really fast (its probably your partner's fault :) ), and the other guys are fed enough to dive you consistently. So, that's where you make some decisions in champ select, and pick some dudes that are good against dives. Also known as people with cc out the whazoo, like Blitzcrank Thresh Leona Zilean (get clocked) Nautilus Lulu (get squirreled). Let them try now, and watch as several of them die.

3: Constant backing: So, they dived you, and you had little health, and you have to back. And now they have your tower. Now, imagine, if you had had teleport, you could have returned to your tower, and you're fine. True, you have to sacrifice your ignite/heal/exhaust/whatever, but loosing that is better than loosing tower, right?

4: Feeding: The big what-if. If your buddy is bad, you both feed. If you are bad, you both feed. If one of the other guys is good, likeliness is that you'll feed. However, that is easy to fix. the issue with feeding, is that the other guy gets fed, and is able to kill you better, and thus get more fed. However, if you stop dying, they will stop getting fed. Thus, if you are more than 2ish kills down, it might be time to chill under your tower a bit - an extra three farm for you is not worth the other guy getting a kill.

tl:dr oh wow rito is so stupid they're only a multi-million dollar gaming company that employs many great gaming minds to work their balance team its no surprise they are so stupid jeez obviously I (a 14 year old) am much more able to make rational decisions about balance and the best meta.

Looking at your first point, where you said "Don't push," some people don't know how to control the wave, but if you don't know how to control the wave, at least after pushing, back off and stand either in the middle of the lane or under your turret. Also, if the enemy bot lane has strong poke (Ezreal/Caitlyn/Varus/etc. and Zyra/Brand/etc.), if you sit under turret, they can often just poke you for free unless you're good at avoiding it, so vs lanes like them it's typically best to try to keep it in the middle of the lane so that you can give them damage back if they try to poke you while simultaneously being able to run if the enemy jungler ganks.

And at your third point, heal and exhaust are both extremely important for bot lane 2v2 fights. If you're missing one or both and the enemy bot lane has them and is aggressive, you can guarantee that you will lose that lane. Even with teleport to get back easier. TP gives you a free back once every 5 minutes (4 if you're running Insight). Meanwhile, Heal allows you to heal yourself in 2v2 fights, which might give you just enough life to survive and kill the enemy (or at the very least force the enemy to heal too), and Exhaust not only cuts the target's (typically the enemy ADC) damage by 40%, but also reduces their attack speed by 30%, which in lane especially is pretty insane and can almost always guarantee a won fight if it's used by your lane and not the enemy's. Running TP, you have a free back once every 4-5 minutes, but you 100% will lose lane. I've never seen a lane where one bot laner was running TP win. Not to mention that a support wouldn't be able to defend the turret alone. Now, an ADC can get away with running something other than Heal if either their support is running Heal or their support is a massive healer, like Soraka, but even so not being able to heal yourself as an ADC is typically not worth it.

If it's a hard lane, the ADC should be running Warlord's and just playing safe as much as possible. Warlord's lifesteal is pretty insane.
