Plat elo matches, Gold 1 promos

Why do I still have to do Gold 1 promos when I have been playing Plat elo matches. It's not like 1 or 2 plat players, its all 9 players. Some of them are even DIAMOND 4!

Gold 1 is literally just a step below plat. So it is not uncommon to have plats, diamonds probably were duoed with some plats possibly
