Grasp Rework?

Can Grasp of the Undying be reworked so you don't have to be in combat for 4 seconds in order to proc it? Here is what I am suggesting Every second you dont aa, Grasp gains 1 stack, granting .8% max health damage, .4% max health recovery, and 1 max health up to 5 stacks. At max stacks, deal 4% max health damage, heal for 2% of max health, and increase max health by 5. If not out of combat, Grasp procs at max stacks every 4 seconds. You have to hit a champion, of course, in order for it to proc. I don't know how it would for ranged since they might abuse it.

Or just make a new version of grasp / a different defensive rune that makes you stronger the longer you are in combat with other champions. Like a defensive conqueror.

Cause right now, grasp is a trading tool for winning lane and there is no defensive rune that is purely for long lasting group fights, grasp helps with the long lasting part but a lot of its power is directed to being able to charge up off of minions and easily trade with the enemy laner.

If you get a Sunfire, you can proc it almost constantly.

Suggested something similar to this a while ago where it would work on 2 second increments instead of 4 (but it was in combat not out of combat which I think is silly for a rune like grasp). Got shot down hard.

In any case grasp is in a decent spot so I don't see any need for changes.
