I'm so tired of how matchmaking works!

So I got on a lucky win streak as Tahm Kench in Team Builder. But it was even like an "omg I'm so good" winning streak. My last win was 1/11. But since I managed to win 6 games in a row League decided to start pitching Plats at me. I'm silver 3. What am I supposed to do against a plat? Now I'm at 5 losses in a row.

I don't know what to do anymore! I tried making a new account to start over back at Bronze, but even while just trying to level the account I get destroyed by random lvl 7 accounts. Is that it, since we can't stop smurfing is that it? League can no longer accept casual players.

The game is NOT FUN anymore! Why do I keep playing? Because once upon a time it was fun! I've made this thread over and over and over because I don't understand why. How did I go from being Gold 3 to not even being able to handle Bronze? WHY do I keep getting pitted against Plats? What is the point of getting destroyed by plats? So I can learn? LEARN WHAT? HOW TO GET DESTROYED FASTER?

GOOOO ELO SYSTEM, yeah it is annoying how it works. Supposed to get more LP when you go against higher ranks but in my opinion, it is not enough to make it worth the loss. I would rather just gain 20 lp from destroying people in my division. If it were a solo game then I would have no problem with it, butttt it is not.

If you get a win streak, system thinks you improved and will put you against better players. If you are silverinho and playing against platerados, you should get way more LP for win than lose for lost game - so that you reach your real division sooner. If you can't handle them, you should be matched with weaker players gradually - if you won 6 games in a row, getting rekt cca 6 times should do the trick. There is no need to make new account.

There is also an option that those guys get to plat with luck cough boosting cough and their MMR, and thus skill level is about yours.

Normal MMR does not equal ranked MMR. Meaning someone could be amazing in ranked and decide to try to learn champions they are not very good with it in normals and have quite the crappy MMR there.

I love when i get to play higher ranked people. I get to test my abilities and test myself. That's only me though
