1.) Parents will love it. Nothing parents love more than keeping kids safe online.
2.) Mature, Single Players who choose their bedtimes and life schedules don't have to deal with the constant young irresponsible teen who didn't walk the dog or has to do his/her homework.
3.) A 25+ bracket the game would be far less toxic.

Do you have any Proof of toxicity coming from Younger Players? From my experience in the anonymity of the Internet Kids can act like adults and adults like Kids. I wouldnt be surprised if you were someone permanently calling others Kids in Chat, which obviously is very grown up.
There are plenty of incompetent and immature players both old and young.
Oh okay so I, a 22 year old, am locked out of playing with the 25+ bracket because I am 22. Cool.
The thing is, what would that fix? There would still be manchildren in the higher-ups, and there are young players that are genuinely good, mature people. It would increase queue times for the less large group of players, basically punishing them for their age.

Worst flamers are imho >18 years old. So none of the age restricions would be useful.
A 25+ bracket game in wich the best gamers are obviously under 18 and the majority will honestly be under the line. What a funny idea.
Maybe the younger ones flame more often because they are more impulsive. But it would be the "job" of "older" ones to show how it should be. And these "older" ones fail very often. And in respect of my first point the older ones are the ones wich teach the younger ones how to flame harder.
When manchildren like Tarzaned and old t1 exist this sort of thing is pointless I don't think you fully comprehend that adults can be just as bad, if not worse than children in this regard
