I don't really agree with Mundo or Oriana. My personal characters I'd like seeing getting a VGU would be:

Morde Pantheon Nunu (because as a jungle main everytime I play against him I want to kick myself in the face) Shaco Nocturne Kayle/Morgana

Nunu, and Dr.Mundo will both get a VGU for sure

I absolutely agree with you about Orianna, she's an outdated champion, her character in game and her "lore" are full of inconsistencies, her VO is horrible right now, as well as some of her splashes, she's in a urgent state I think

I will add : Blitzcrank Gameplay wise, he's in a good state, but his lore, VO and model and splashes are really outdated Fiddlesticks He needs a full VGU... Leblanc Her lore, VO and model are outdated, it would be nice if she gets some love along with her rework next year Veigar Absolute garbage model, Lore, VO and splashes, he needs it !
