If someone is to pick blitzcrank bottom, its important that you make them wait till the very last second before dodging.

Oh, cos it's not meta? cool.
That moment when Blitzcrank has the 27th highest winrate in Diamond and is the 6th or 7th highest ranked support, yet is still "troll." :P
That moment when Djinn totally forgets that "bot" is a specific role these days, rather than just a pick in bottom lane.
But how does that solve the problem? You cant report them especially since you cannot really tell if someone is trolling just based off the champion they select. But then you get in trouble for them since you are the one dodging, and they get away Scott free!
The only reason I'd wait till the last second untill dodging it hoping that someone else dodges,
Waiting till the last second to dodge just to waste some seconds for the 9 other participants is pretty sadistic.
I played Sona ADC in diamond and low master 6x this year, lost 2 of those game but I was with a duo and I am a great Sona :)
