the state of Top Lane Discussion
Hi guys,
I want to discuss how top lane is bad right now, first of all:
**these champs **
, are dominating top lane as tanks, and there is no way to win lane against them as a bruiser, they have high abilities base dmg, they have huge tankiness, to the state that even if you were able to outplay them early levels (1-3) you still can't kill them due to their silly tankiness, on the other hand if they outplayed you you are dead, and if you were better than them in lane, or what it takes them to get mid game and your team lose, or it will be more easier if their jungler camped them, and the results are you are the one that lost lane, and getting flamed by your team in solo que, and unable to do anything neither in team fights,or in lane.
**Second thing lets see those champs **
those champs have high win rates are unbalanced some of them enjoying that free gold from klepto and others can poke you from long range making you suffer in lane and giving you that bad experience of feeling useless
Third thing lets take a look on those champs

- Got stupid "mini rework" from Ricklessabandon, the results?: more than 5 buffs in a raw, and still useless, he was a caster minion after the mini rework and
he became a scuttle crab walking in top lane, that lead to put him to full gameplay update, but what happened is he was supposed to be reworked before

, but Riot delayed it, and I'm afraid that they will delay him more becuase you know Riot don't care about us
-he's supposed to be good against tanks, he's doing good but not as much as tanks, because you know, why Riot will made a keystone for bruisers, when they are ignoring the class since season 3
- she has true dmg thats supposed to make her strong vs tanks, but when tanks have huge cc on very low CDs, but
has 24 sec CD on her parry, she still fall behind vs. tanks
- after the runes changes he can't deal the same dmg he used to do in season 7, so he still fall vs. tanks who have high dmg low CDS low mana costs
- I did enjoy it when Grasp was increasing your health by % of total hp, and resolve was tank tree as it's supposed to and was giving good amount of health, combined with demolish I was enjoying Sion, but you know Riot again strike with no brain and decide to make resolve for bruisers so that after they do it, tanks became weak and they get back to the same circle where there is something weak or unbalanced in the game.

he lost a lot of dmg from the new runes and Riot is not doing a fix
So what Riot is doing right now? Riot still giving that Ricklessabndon stuffs to destroy them like
"buffs" on pbe where actually he nerfed his w to hell buy removing the missing %HP heal, they still think bruisers needs tankiness and dmg at the same time, where in season 3 people used to build dmg and life steal on bruisers as they are supposed to, and win games by having good mechanics with them, remember in season 6 when grasp was giving tankiness and dmg for bruisers it end up bad, so why Riot still wants bruisers to be a copy of tanks, even now bruisers are building tank items, for me that shows how bruisers lack items to the sate that they are becoming tanks with little damage, so the result is people stopped playing briusers and switched to tanks, and what Riot want to do now instead of finding good way to balance bruisers as they were in season 3, by fixing items, runes, base stats for them, they are ignoring all that by doing stupid base stats buffs to bruisers which will not solve anything, the prove to this is how they buffed
more than 5 times in a raw and stayed useless, because they didn't solve the main problem, the lack of items, runes, and unblanced base stats for bruisers, and what we get from balance team is working on new ap items, ignoring all that chaos in top lane, and making people quit the game
things balance team can solve problems by doing it

You either raise the price of tanks and ADCs & Assassins items so that they don't get item advantage on bruisers, or you reduce bruisers items price

, let bruisers stack

do more % health dmg if the user is a melee champ, so that bruisers can buy it again and it won't affect ADCs -

reduce more armor if the user is melee champ -
fix life steal items, there are 5 lifesteal items and bruisers buy health instead, didn't you feel that they are currently useless?, do something and make them useful as they were in season 3

same as you made non mana champs benefits from runes, make
and its upgrade give something like additional health if the user has no mana, so that all bruisers can benefits from it and from its upgrades
