@Riot Any plans for another Enchanter?

I think the last TRUE enchanter was Nami, she was released on December 7th, 2012.. It's been quite a bit. I want something truly devoted to healing, buffing, something unique like Soraka (a champ I've stopped playing due to the lack of care given her way from Riot).

If it were up to me it'd be something alike Ezreal's model.

Cute, smol, guy.. since there is only a single male enchanter (or is considered as such on LoL wiki page) and that's Taric. One thing that none of our enchanters or any other champion of league possess is a skill that replenishes mana, something that pre-reworked Soraka use to be able to do, though it seems that's something that would end up difficult to balance and make effective simultaneously. There are a variety of things that could be done with the skills and tools y'all have nowadays. Make it happen please!!
