Implementation of a LP loss prevention system in ranked under certain circumstances

I believe some sort of system should be set in place, where when a player has been reported for feeding in a game, and has been punished as such, the loss of LP is reverted to 0, effectively reducing the loss of players effected by this to only being time.

An example is a game I just had: https://imgur.com/a/1ul8K

The graves was outplayed early on and went 0/2, and began trolling early on, getting our bot lane fed and causing the enemy teams bot lane to feed as well. Considering how short this game was, players still lost a considerable amount of LP from the game due to the trolling from this player.

While reports were made, an action will most likely take place, the players effected by this game will not receive a consolation.

I believe this system should be possible as long as there are certain constraints:

  1. The game can be no longer than 25 minutes (If a player had been feeding, chances are the game will end before this time due to a destroyed nexus or through early surrender.
  2. The consolation will only be given to accepted reports, that is: reports considered valid by the team that manages reports (whoever they are).
  3. Probably some other thing that I can't think of.

I feel that players like this Graves ruin the game for both sides in the sense that I felt almost as if I was cheating the system by profiting off of a feeder, though I feel that taking the LP away from those winning the game is unjust, and that helping those who received penalties should be the main priority in these instances. If anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated :)

(P.S. I am a Nocturne main.)

that would be something if the system actually punished the person instantly instead of randomly at some random point in time being "hey your LP loss after X match that occurred whatever amount of time in the past is now yours!" which won't be of much value since your MMR more than likely isn't affected in the slightest and that is what really matters and it will just create situations in which someone is having a bad game and people just mass report them as feeding and then get mad because they didn't get their LP back
