Especially if you're buffing the health cost to 8%, which is a bit harder to eyeball how much health it'd take than 10%.

It honestly doesn't matter that much, because Soraka's Q regen (While feeling better now that it's over 3 seconds instead of 5) is still way too low for her to maintain her healing.

It doesn't, but it's easier to gauge, "If I use W now, I immediately lose x health" over "If I use W now, I immediately lose 8% of my max health".

Aatrox and Mundo both have their exact health costs listed (unless I'm wrong), which'd be nice for Soraka as well for the sake of clarity. With 10% it wasn't a huge problem since eyeballing 10% of 910 HP is easy, but 8% of 910 HP isn't as intuitively easy to grasp.
