Why is Viktor and Soraka coming before Sion rework?
Sion's rework has been getting pushed back every year before other champs, it won't surprise me if it gets delayed until after season 5.

PokladnicaZla3 votesBceause Sion is under the category Complete relaunch.
Soraka&Victor will only get game-updates,while Sion will get that and new lore/splash/voice(mabe)...
Serpents Embrace1 votesDefinitely. The scope on Sion and Poppy is larger than even a new champion, because people already have some ideas and expectations about them, so there are extra limits on what can be done. Soraka and Viktor are relatively small changes by comparison.
