Really struggling in Gold 4

I went on a huge loss spree, 10 games in a row, then i won one game, and then lost 5 in a row. So now when I win I get 14 lp per win, but 19 lp per loss. So im struggling to hit 100 LP, it requires A LOT of wins. Any tips?

Side Note: I've run into a recent thing where over 87% of my last 90 games (yes I did the math on it, you can check also if you'd like using the club names of recent match players) are duo games, in which I lost 68% of those games. Meaning I perform better in games where whole enemy team has no voice chat. Does anyone think they might remove duo queue from solo one day?

No they will not remove duo que. ppl can play ranked with their friends if they want. Duo games should have no effect on your games. I'm in a discord called clash zone that has coaches that can help you get past gold 4. like all coaches have told me if you consistantly play better then the enemy team you will climb.

well i use my best champions most often, and my win rates are near 60%, but im not climbing anymore, so does that mean im evening out right now back to 50% or lower? Maybe i never deserved gold is the real problem actually...
