Yasuo So Toxic Champ Please nerf/rework

hi guis im sliver 4 ranked player and play ranked mid lane so the other day I faced a Yasuo guy cause I wasn't the one picked him cause i was not furst pick so enemy got him and omg my eyes were opened i saw where the hate comes from omfg so bad design champ i never wanna face the wind again plis so i propose my rework idea for yasuo plz upvote :)

Q - omg his Q is the most toxin ability every designed its like ezrela Q but also with knockup wtf is that? and it has no mana!! u cant get near Yasuo when farming cause He q u for like 335 HP taht insane damage and fervor stacks too. also easy ganks cause Q also knockup i mean wtf? and it also apply ONHIT effecft. yasuo nub buys triforce and ggwp u lane all the way to nexus. so with that cleared, i suggest his Q damage do half to minions and give tornado stack only if it hit champion. yea yasuo nub wanna do knockup he must earn it by fight like man and hit me wiht it not farm minion

W- omg his W is the most salt ability in every designed. plz it need no contest for how bad it is. it blocks nami ult ffs i dont main her but it does! I suggest first up incease cooldown to flat 40 seconds at all ranks plis and then when yasuo nub use win-wall, uh i mean wind-wall he loses his passive for the duration of cooldown so no duble cryticle strike chance and no flow shield generation. this will give us other champ mains a window when yasuo nub is actually weak and can be killed

E - omg his e is tghe most cancer ability every toxined i mean free dashes every 0.1 second wtf is that?? it also has no mana and yasuo nub never stop moving i mean comeon im not faker i main annie and kayle. who can land skillshots on this super mobile nub champ plis rito. ok i'm gonna be honest here but i dont wanna change yasuo nub identity cause al lot of ppl main him and lets not bias so we keep his ability but lets link it to his other kit to make is balance. his new E has passif now and give him 0.5 movespeed per ability rank as yasuo nub must keep moving to be effectively use his flow shield. but he can only dash to minions and other units if his windwall is on cooldown. makes sense cause when him main defense his down he starts running dashing like a coward he is. even his lore says he kills elder and is on the run even since :D. but wait, every time he dashes windwall cooldown goes up by 2 seconds. i think this makes fine balance between choice if he want dashes or ultra defense windwall

R- omg his R is the most toxic ability every salted i mean 5 man/woman/AH-64 knockup and nuke damage wtf is that? plis it needs no intro cause we all heb once in our life in rift ulted by a malphite and then nuked for penta by yasuo nub cuase they both presseded R. plis this just needs to go. there must be balance for there cant have ultra damage nuke ult on whole team along with superior defence that yasuo nub has in kit. so lets tone down things, when yasuo nub ults he get temporary 5% damage reduction from minion and monsters but takes 10% more damage from champion attacks adn abilities and emotes. his ult damage only 1 enemy and every other enemy in area gain 50 movespeeds from all the wind around and after ult ends the samurai performs hara-kiri cause balance
