Boards poll about supports

Times like this when it's sad to only have 10 options to choose from. Maybe make three different polls including a) enchanters b) tanks etc. c) damage oriented mages and afterwards make a finals including the very "best" out of each category. Yet you won't get enough participation to get anything out of these polls anyway. :/

Edit: d) catchers maybe to give places to champs like Bard, Morgana and Thresh.

As much as Brand is misery, he's no Blitzcrank.

Thresh might be annoying, but at least there a big difference between a good and a bad one. Brand isn't a support. Get that abomination out of bot lane.

zyra and fiddles are tied. I hate being poked down by slow targeted cancer that I can't escape because it just follows me around the lane.

Janna, Lulu, and sometimes Blitz, but mostly Lulu.

Lulu is an overall idiotproof support. You can't mess up with her.

"Oh, there's a melee champion that wants to champ on you or your ADC? Mash that W button. Oh that's not enough? Then mash your E button over your ADC and watch him right-click ppl to death with your shield + Ardent. Oh, you still suck at buffing your ADC? Here's an ult that instantly gives your target more HP! Wow, such fun gameplay amirite?"

Agree with NekoniClaws, Brand also has some pretty clear support counters too.

Blitzcrank, on the other hand, is always terrifying.

I choose leona because you only have to mess up once to be destroyed with no room. Honestly Blitz and Thresh are in the same boat, but leona scales into a late game tank with that gameplay and stunlock is never fun.

So maybe what needs to happen to Brand is nerf his base damage values but buff his AP ratios, that way with less AP he hits for less damage but playing him mid with AP we'll see minimal changes to his output.

Janna. All the other supports have a very interactive experience while laning. Dodging brand skill shots or maneuvering around a blitz every other champion is more of an interaction with them. Can they be frustrating? Absolutely. But all of them can be punished and chased down, and even killed. Good luck doing that in a janna lane. She's just gonna keep shooting tornadoes with way too long knock up time and make the lane super boring. Hell, she basically almost makes the lane top lane.

As a Lulu main, I find Lulu extremely "annoying" to play against mainly because most of them don't know that her E has a dual use, misuse them all the time, and get away with it. It's as if maining Lulu and try to do your best has zero meaning, and that it's counter-intuitive if you actually know what her abilities do.

Janna, on the other hand, no matter how hard you try to play around her, she usually wins because if you're an enchanter, her buffs/numbers are better than yours. If you're a tank, she denies you. If you're poke lane, her shields are so strong that your poke is useless.

I destroy Brand whenever I face him as support. Unless the enemy ADC has some kind of peel he's dead as soon as you get a chance to go in on him.

Brand/Zyra, Janna, and Lulu are all tied but for vastly different reasons in my opinion

honeslty vs i can take a and just not stay close to ult, passive, w and e spread aoe damage. Vs a on the other hand it isso anoying the damage with her passive, that she gives attackspeed and a shield to her ally and then you think you can get her either the speedburst kicks in, you get polymorphed or she ults for some big chunk of health and maybe even hits the knockback cc.

Can't believe only 2 ppl and me voted Zyra, I still have nightmares about those Jhin-Zyra botlanes when both were meta.

If more people were playing Tahm, he'd be #1 most hated. That said, thank god more people aren't playing him. Everything about him from his theme to kit is awful.

You should have probably grouped them into Enchanters/Tanks/Mages/Hookers.

Still, I'd go with Enchanters and Lulu specifically. Janna at least heals everyone.

bard mostly for the fact he can f*ck up both teams and is virtually everywhere in a sense but with his e you have to ward in different routes so that way he doesn't catch you off guard and by god if your ally is a bit clingy you both going down

I guess im alone here not enjoying perma stun from leona and not being even able to cover behind minions cause this shit goes trough them.And Blitz would be K is they FINNALY REPAIR THIS BROKEN ASS HITBOX.

Definitely Blitzcrank. It’s impossible to go anywhere past the back end of your turret when he’s in control and even if he’s behind you can’t punish him under turret without a ton of minions. Thresh comes close though. Miss hook? NP! Flash + E + R and you’re dead anyways.
