As you can see, there is really no proper role classification of what is allowed in this mode. Twitch and Teemo are just as much Assasins as some of champs in the list. If Kennen is here why not them? Yasuo is Skirmisher, not Assasin nor Diver. Why not add Fiora as well then? Despite the fact Noc is now percieved by Riot as Diver rather than Assasin, he still assasinates just as much as Panth, Evelyn or Diana. Ahri is just joke on the list.

The only real factor of what champions are allowed are those who make flashy playz and burstz. This points us to the most interesting thing: We can stop making rant topics about Lee Sin and/or Ahri and/or Yasuo. It seems Riot fully acknowledges and realizes Ahri is mobile burster and Lee Sin is Assasin Diver and Yasuo is overmobiled Assasin. They just don't mind.
