Mana glyphs - underrated?

I've been having alot of success with mana glyphs lately.

While +100 mana doesn't seem like much, it actually makes a huge difference in characters who the meta says have "high mana costs" and can't be played in lane such as Amumu.

I use them on amumu top and volibear, in the case of mumu making him playable in lane and voli basically never ever having mana problems (which he really didn't before, but it just cements it)

My champ pool is pretty low but I imagine it could have a wider application in more champs and people simply ignore it just because.

One thing that people never think about is some champions have low mana cost and low mana skills ofset by a very low starting mana pool.

So while 100 mana isnt a big deal in a character that starts with 500 mana, it is a huge deal on a character that starts with 300.

People don't take them because they take 6mr flat glyphs, and 3 mana regen, allowing for better sustain because you actually get MR still.

Considering that 9 mana regen glyphs are just under 3 mana per 5 seconds, or 36 per minute, You would end up with the 100 mana by 180seconds, or 3 minutes anyways.

They also manage their mana pool better, for Amumu you could either farm well with doran's ring, or go corrupting potion if it is really an issue.

Some Amumu/voli lanes would still be better with cloth armor and 5 pots still though. I couldn't really name them because I don't main top, but ya.

Edit: To add as well, If you run out of mana you can always use teleport to recall and then come back to lane with a full pool of mana anyways.
