Teemo E: Toggle Option?

I feel that Teemo's E, Toxic Shot, should be a toggle and apply spell affects, just like Cho'Gath's E, Vorpal Spikes. Though, if it did apply spell affects, like Rylai's, it should do them at a smaller percentage to take into account Teemo's range. So like a 20% slow instead of a 40% slow. Thoughts?

Cho'Gath's skill is completely different. It's an AOE projectile that he fires when he auto-attacks. It is a separate effect than his actual auto-attack.

Teemo's E deals magic damage every time he hits his target with an auto-attack. It deals on-hit damage.

They're not really comparable in terms of proccing effects.

it would be broken but if cho can do it teemo should be able to also. teemo would get nerfed to hell if that happens

It already would apply on hit effects because the poison is magic damage...wouldn't it? Also, the reason Cho can toggle off is so that he can attack towers without getting tower aggro if he hits the enemy with his vorpal spikes, Teemo still has to attack a target to apply poison so it would aggro the tower anyway.

Can we make it cost mana at the same time? [slayer-jinx-wink]

It could also be a delayed effect, the spell effects only proccing when the poison damage ticks. So it would take about .5 seconds or something after the auto for the spell effect to actually take affect and if you are constantly autoing and your attack speed is high enough you refresh the poison duration so it never would actually proc the spell affect cause you didn't give it enough time to do so.
