Udyr can get 19 Skill Points with Coin Upgrade, but not all the time
I tested Ancient Coin 
on Udyr 
in practice tool and found that you could make Udyr get 19 skill points sometimes.
First I tried by just keeping the item after completing the quest, but no matter what as long as you had the coin upgrade when you reached level 18 you wouldn't get more than the normal 18 skill points. But, if you complete the quest and use the elixir and then sell the item before level 18, you get an extra skill point to use, allowing you to have a 5/5/5/4 skill point distribution.
I'm pretty sure this isn't intended, though I don't know what part is. Was Udyr supposed to be able to get 19 skill points? Cause the wording in the patch notes seems like he shouldn't be able to. But if he is, he should probably be able to do it without selling the coin item first.
Edit: Made sure this wasn't just a cosmetic difference. It's not. I checked by adding the 19th skill point to Q. The Q with only 3 ranks did the intended effect on hit damage and attack speed. The Q with 4 ranks (the 4th rank being the bugged 19th skill point) also did the intended on hit damage and attack speed boost.

As you can see (at least from the attack speed stat, the damage on the dummy is a bit hard to read), the 19th skill point is not just cosmetic, it actually increases the skill and allows Udyr to actually get 19 usable skill points.
