1 Big loss Streak and MMR is ruined (Im plat 4 loser) Me need help

About a month ago I went on about a 6 game lose streak and ever since, even if going back on a 6 game win streak, i still was not about to regain the lost LP. I was gaining around 18 per win and 16 per loss. Ever since that lose streak, i was gaining 13-15 LP and losing 16-17 I'd win one lose one like a normal hard stuck loser. Eventually I started getting games where I'd have silvers and low gold s on my team while the other team still had high gold and low plats. This resulted in a bunch of losses and my MMR being shitted. It seems like a snowball of loss and lowering MMR. I'm thinking the only way to get out of this, I must go on like a 20 game win streak which kinda seems impossible considering my teams are like 2-3 ranks under and I am just an average plat 4 player. Is there any other way of getting out of this infinite loop of shit storms.
