People can manipulate the system and be trolls, bad community

I am just an average player, but I care about this game and just want to play a normal game. People like this make the community bad. He was obviously trolling. This is one of my moments where I am so livid I just go off in chat. It was probably better for me to leave, but I think people should be banned for this behavior. Calling someone bad at the game isn't bannable, but playing the game in order to lose should be an automatic ban. I just don't think the system can recognize this. Sometimes im just filled with anger or im mad because I lost. This one should honestly be looked at. I don't know what to do in this situation but looks towards the community for answers. The league community in game is bad and it needs fixing.
