@riot regarding ezreal

I would like to make a formal request that when you rework ezreal w that you leave his AP build alone. Ezreal is in my top 5 most played champions and I almost exclusively play him as an ap caster. Changing his w to support adc is fine IMHO if you leave the AP ratio alone.
