Vladimir's Tides of Blood and Will of the Ancients

I don't know how well-known this point is about Tides of Blood, but it increases Vladimir's self-healing, spellvamp, and regeneration by a percentage per stack. How does this amplification interact with Will of the Ancients, which heals for 15% of the raw damage (before resistances) of all abilities. It's not actually spellvamp, so is this 15% affected by Tides of Blood's passive stack effect?

Ok. First off, item 3152 goes down to 5% for aoe, which tides is. Secondly, it's healing and regeneration by 4/5/6/7/8% each for 10 seconds. And the damage and cost go up by 25% each stack up to 4 stacks. Notice it says each, so at max thats 32% increased healing and regeneration. As it implies, yes the heal should go up though I can't tell in the custom game if that was just more spellvamp because more damage or the actual heal bonus.
